LOOK means to pay attention or to try to see what is there.
Example: Look at the board, Look at me, Look up the word.
SEE means a visual impression comes to the eyes or to
    understand something.
Example: Can you see your friend in the crowd? I see the future. i see what you mean.
WATCH means to look for a period of time or like to look.
Example: He watches TV at night. I like to watch movies.

It can be confusing because many people use the word 'see' instead of watch (i.e. I like to see movies). Either word is understood but 'watch' is correct. Many speakers often use 'see' and 'watch' incorrectly similar to 'good' and 'well'. If someone says "How are you?", some will say "I'm good." The listener will understand you but the correct response is "I am well".

I also added a video to explain it more:
